A hazy IPA brewed with Citra, Mosaic, and Columbus hops is a sensory delight for hop heads. This unfiltered beer pours with a cloudy, straw to golden hue, giving it a hazy appearance that hints at the hops used. Citra contributes bright and zesty citrus aromas, which Mosaic adds a medley of juicy fruitiness, and Columbus imparts a resinous and dank depth.

Well Elmo... January sucked and you damn well know it! Why would you even ask?? But hey, the weather is warming up and the sun is shining so all in all we are doing just dandy! In fact we brewed a new hazy IPA where the marriage of El Dorado and Mosaic hops creates a tapestry of dynamic flavors. This brew pours like a sunlit mist, both tropical and dank, with a touch of backend sweetness. Sounds good doesn't it, Elmo?
Can I Pet That Dog
A milk stout with a hint of vanilla that is velvety and indulgent that combines the rich, roasted flavors of a traditional stout with a sweet and aromatic twist. This dark and luscious beer pours as dark as Geoff's soul with a creamy, tan head. The aroma is a delightful mix of roasted coffee and chocolate notes, which are complimented by a subtle and inviting vanilla sweetness. On the palate, you'll experience a smooth and creamy texture, thanks to the addition of lactose (milk sugar), which lends it a touch of sweetness and full-bodied mouthfeel.

Top notch brewery and they have the perfect space to host an event at! All of the beers are unique and delicious! Leah and the owners were so helpful and accommodating in hosting my engagement party! It turned out so well and we had so many guests complementing the space and how great of a set up it was. I would 100% recommend you host an event here or just stop by and try out a flight of their beers!

Phenomenal brewery. The location is great. The space (both inside and out) is great. Owners are super friendly and really know beer. Fourteen taps of various beers (and a few seltzers) as well as to-go crowlers and 4 packs. Even offer some cool merch. You won't be disappointed.
